Machan Resorts LLP - It's one of the world's most secluded and peaceful resorts, with houses built-on-tree decks rising 30 to 45 feet above the trees for the exclusive use of our guests to appreciate nature's serenity. The Machans were designed to make a minimal impact on the natural environment while providing their occupants with exquisite views.

Our Machans do not have TVs because we want our guests to enjoy the outdoors by doing things like hiking, birding, and touring the countryside.

Since you have never been there, the journey begins even before you arrive in the Machan Forest. You'll effortlessly be guided to your floating castle if you think of Indiana Jones's expertly constructed and levitating bridge.

While enjoying the stunning views of the Western Ghats, Forest Machan is definitely a delightful to the senses. A maximum of four guests can benefit from the “Reservations Executives” for the walk-up area (10 ft. x 12 ft.), which includes a queen-size bed and a second bathroom. For those who seek out peace and quiet in the midst of the forest, The Machan offers spacious tree houses at elevations of 30-45 feet. The Machans have been built with great care so as to disturb the surrounding area as little as possible while providing eye-pleasing views to the tenants. Our Machans have no TVs, as we like to foster interests such as bird watching, bicycling, and stargazing, as well as encourage our guests to visit various historical sites nearby.
