Business Description

hBits is the most experienced and most successful fractional ownership platform in the country. They bridge the gap between real estate and technology. 

In 2019, we got started with the intention of making access to real estate more democratic.

Historically, only extremely wealthy individuals and institutions were able to purchase real estate for themselves or their institutions. We hope to establish global real estate markets by providing regular investors with access to this appealing asset class.

A German company that was established in 1834 and has interests in real estate development and investment is a partner in Raycon's joint venture with that company. Raycon is an internationally active German company. It is an industry leader in the development and management of information technology parks, including site acquisition, tenant relations, and property administration, among other services.

We have worked with a large number of well-known tenants from around the world, some of which include the largest cloud kitchen company in the world, the second largest container shipping company, and the fourth largest e-payments company that is listed on a global stock exchange. The corporate building formerly occupied by Humphrey & Glasgow has recently been acquired by Jacob International, a Fortune 500 company. With annual sales in the multiple billions of dollars, Jacob was recognized as the Most Admired Engineering and Construction Company.

Raycon Group is helping to promote Logitech, an information technology park located in Andheri. There are approximately one million square feet of space available, and many of the Fortune 100 companies call this location home.

Nahur, which is in Mumbai, is the location of Raycon Group's development of Der Deutsche Parkz. It provides high-quality office space that is specifically designed to facilitate efficient business operations. The US Green Building Council has awarded the structure with a LEED Gold Rating and it covers an area of more than 4 lakh square feet.
