The Sydney Gymnastic and Aquatic Centre (SGAC) features a 4,000 sqm Olympic grade gymnastics facility, two 25 metre swimming pools and a sports medicine and rehabilitation centre. SGAC is health and fitness for life.

It is the place where fitness goals progress, sporting aspirations grow and well-being is enhanced. As one of the largest purpose built facilities with state of the art equipment, our comprehensive range of programs are here to accommodate the widely varying fitness needs of everyone in our community regardless of age or ability.

We place a strong emphasis on children – our swim programs start at 4 months of age. We take pride in providing everyone with a fun environment that encourages fit, healthy, and safe lifestyles. Our extensive range of programs are spread across aquatics, gymnastics, and the fitness club and are designed to cater for a range of needs - from those who want the recreational fun to those focused on high-level fitness, from basic skill development to elite level competition.

In addition to the SGAC programs, Sydney West Sports Medicine is a large multi-disciplinary facility located in the foyer of SGAC that enhances health, well-being, and rehabilitation.
