In this journey, he learned the first step towards anything with a higher purpose starts with a clear mind that can only be achieved from a clean body.

Having formally studied as a Health Coach from the Integrative Institute of Nutrition in New York, Amit also holds a Nutrition Foundation Qualification from the prestigious Stanford University. As one of the best dietician in Mumbai, his research and studies have made him travel the world over seeking knowledge and understanding from alternative therapists and healers from different parts of the world.
His quest for knowledge takes him on a journey seeking learning that is offbeat and ancient but profound and he is at all times exploring and debating diet and nutrition theories with experts, scholars, and academicians from different walks of life and practices. His interests range from Chinese medicine to Ayurveda, Plant Medicine, and Holistic healing which includes Yoga, Meditation, and Spiritual understanding of the purpose of life.
His areas of interest in Nutrition counseling are multi-fold with a high focus on using food to heal the body from hormonal and emotional imbalances and to aide in the healing of chronic illnesses by providing a system that enhances the natural healing capacities of the body. He currently serves clients from Mumbai, Bengaluru & Dubai.
