Throughout their careers in the legal profession, Greg and Arik worked in big law firms located in Los Angeles and Orange County and gained experience in their respective legal fields. After working in big firms and understanding the legal structure, Greg and Arik noticed the flaws associated with big law firms, particularly flaws stemming from miscommunication, neglect, and under appreciation for work value. Upon noticing these concerns, Greg and Arik decided to open their own legal practice, where they themselves can work firsthand with the clients directly and provide them with assurances that they will personally answer to them through the course of the attorney-client relationship.
